After some discussion and testing, I’ve decided to try out a new theme on the site to solve a major problem I had with the existing design. And that was it did not play nicely with mobile devices.

Responsive design, where websites are built to cleanly handle the different devices that could view them, is part of a growing movement on the web to ensure that everyone, located anywhere, can use anything to see a website.

I tend to use my phone A LOT to work on the blog so it is as much for my own use as it is for anyone else’s benefit. It may not stay this way but I am learning a couple of tricks to ensure the next theme flip will be less troublesome than this one.
