At this year’s Star Wars Celebration, another trailer for the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was revealed that shows a little more behind the scenes footage that gives hints of what fans should be expecting when the film arrives later this year.
Some of it could also be seen as an attempt to respond to rumours about changes to the film’s tone but with only one trailer to draw conclusions from, there’s still a lot more we don’t know. Though there is a certain Dark Lord of the Sith who’s likely to pop up too…

The Late Night Session 
As much as I hate seeing these making of clips prior to a film’s release I must admit this clip gave me more hope on this film being good than the first teaser trailer.

Agree with Grocs above – the music and cues really worked well for this cut, and lots of shots of the director saying happy things made me feel better. (The part I just wrote about the director sounds cynical, but I don’t mean it that way.)

Definitely doesn’t sound cynical! I think if you get the impression the director is really enjoying what he is doing then it is fair to hope that it will translate to the movie too. Doesn’t always work out that way admittedly but this is Star Wars we’re talking about here. 😊
