In the last day, the makers of the Pebble smartwatch unveiled their latest project on Kickstarter, the Pebble Time smartwatch. With a colour e-paper screen and a new method of navigation, it shows that the company was not resting on their laurels from their original success.

But that’s not where it ends. In 32 minutes, their $500K goal was achieved and in less than an hour they became the fastest Kickstarter to reach the million dollar mark. As it stands now, they are just shy of TEN MILLION DOLLARS and the amount they raised on the original Pebble. And there’s still thirty days to go…
