With the launch of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, there’s been a slew of multiplayer issues that have been significant enough to delay reviews on what should be Xbox One’s shining jewel for the end of 2014. Except maybe IGN… but that’s another story.
While the dust settles and we see Halo 2 given its due online through the continuing rounds of updates, we can try to keep up as Xbox begins its march towards Halo 5 Guardians via the upcoming beta and its eventual release in 2015.
So we now have Halo from the outside: the view of the inside news reported after it breaks somewhere else. There’s long time fans here and we’re all bound to have something to say, especially as we dive into the latest release. Game on. 🙂

I love the Halo series and it s a real shame to see multiplayer as broken as it currently stands with Halo – Masterchief Edition. This was meant to be the great exclusive (apart from Halo 5) for XB1 but somehow 343 Studios have botched it up. More patches incoming later this week which fingers crossed, will fix most of the issues.

This longtime Halo fan is shattered by the lack of respect 343 and MS has shown its #1 Franchise and the fans of it.

It is pretty embarrassing that this level of screw up occurred by an internal studio but it seems to be the year of it sadly.
