For those disgruntled owners of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, it’s time to dance a little dance.

The free DLC campaign of Halo 3: ODST that was promised by 343 Industries to make up for the multiplayer launch issues has now gone live. Players who qualify for the content should receive a message via Xbox Live including a code for redemption. No news yet on costs for those who didn’t qualify for it.

Halo 3: ODST was unique in the franchise thanks to a campaign that was smaller in scale and played often in flashback. And its stellar voice cast will win over plenty of sci-fi fans too.

It’ll be interesting to see how well the game integrates into MCC but we’ll find out soon enough.
