The first batch of free DLC is now available for all players of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt:

• Temerian Armour Set – a fancy set of gear for Geralt and his horse. Yes, we’re getting horse armour!
• Beard and hairstyle set for Geralt. Get your Gandalf on!
• Alternative look for Yennefer. I’m just guessing… it’s black?
• Contract: Missing Miners. An additional quest to keep you busy.

As you can see, it’s not all about quests; with a game of this size and scope players may still have plenty to keep them occupied with the main game. But giving players more options to make the world a little more their own through additional customizations can go a long way in keeping them invested. And it’s all free. Can’t beat that. 🙂
