Get your Spelunky on with August 2016’s Games with Gold

As reported on Major Nelson, August’s Xbox Games with Gold releases are now official. The list of titles for the month are:

  • Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate – August 1-31, Xbox One
  • WWE2K16 – August 16-September 15, Xbox One
  • Spelunky – August 1-15, Xbox 360
  • Beyond Good and Evil HD – August 16-31, Xbox 360

You may not be a fan of yet another spinoff of Koei Tecmo’s Warriors games or even wrestling for that matter but the other two games are bound to be worth your time. Spelunky is a tough platformer with randomized levels while Beyond Good and Evil HD brings the classic action adventure of the Xbox/PS2 era to modern consoles.

As with all 360 games now on Games with Gold, they’re backward compatible and ready to go on your Xbox One from the moment you download them.
