• Yooka-Laylee (Xbox, Aug 16-Sep 15)
• Lost Planet 3 (Xbox 360 BC, Aug 1-15)
• Garou: Mark of the Wolves (Xbox 360 BC, Aug 16-31)

I’m most curious about Yooka-Laylee due to playing the follow up game which I really enjoyed and this one is meant to be more in line with Banjo-Kazooie so it’s probably worth a look if you’re a fan of 3D platformers. I never finished the original Lost Planet but it was a very good looking game in the early days of the 360 and the sequel was part of February’s Games with Gold so if you enjoyed playing it earlier this year then the timing of this one is great.

Kind of thinking I might have missed out by not playing any Darksiders games previously. Having your protagonist being one of the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse (TM) seems like one of the coolest (and maybe most metal) characters to use for a game. The previous games have been given away too and also been part of Game Pass so maybe I should dig them out finally! 🙂
