Anyone owning a Surface Pro from the last few years should have a look at this page on Microsoft’s site and see if you have a device that may need a replacement cord. Please note that only the connecting cord from the power outlet to the power supply is being replaced, not the whole unit.

If you have already registered your device with Microsoft the process is very painless and you’ll be sorted out within minutes otherwise you are likely to need to register your device before you can proceed.
