With Forza Horizon 3 out in the wild and early access players getting time in before the game’s official launch next week there’s been some time for me to dig in and enjoy some of the prettiest graphics in racers.
After also downloading the PC version from the Windows Store it’s been fun to have both running and seeing how the game compares between platforms. If you have a high spec PC you could almost see this as being what gamers will have to look forward to early on with next year’s Scorpio console.
Impressions are it looks and plays brilliantly wherever you play the game and it has that same fun driving feel of its predecessor which I still consider to be one the best games on Xbox One.
The cross save system work exactly as expected so if you need to switch from PC to Xbox One or back you can continue playing where you left off.
A full review will come soon… if any of us here can pry our hands from the controllers long enough to write something!
Please note: all screenshots were pulled from the PC game via the Xbox app and later converted to JPG to reduce file size.

Driving through suburbia reminds me of home. Admittedly convenient seeing as I haven’t strayed that far.

The developer’s work in showing the best of Australia’s sights and car culture is already winning over local gamers.
Forza Horizon 3 will be officially releases on September 27th on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs. Owners of the Ultimate Edition bundle are able to play the game right now.
Such a great game. No doubt one of this will get a review out soon. 🙂
