Seems like just about everyone with an online presence globally decided to have Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales this year which meant the odds were good of everyone finding something of value.

With the Xbox One X not even a month old, the timing was certainly good for anyone wanting to bulk up their collection of 4K enhanced titles and I bet a lot of people did too. Titles like ReCore will benefit not only from the 4K updates supporting the new console but also the extra marketing push from being on the sales storefront.

Looking over at Steam though I can’t help but think there are some insanely good bargains there just from Valve’s own catalogue. Paying less than a dollar each for the Half-Life 2 episodes seems almost criminal for what they offer in entertainment value. And if you’ve never played any of the games in The Orange Box do yourself a favour and get it come the next round of sales (likely after Christmas). These might be considered old games now but they hold up incredibly well.
