Via Major Nelson, there was an understated collection of titles are about to arrive for September’s Games with Gold. Apart from Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars I know very little about these and I wonder how Gold subscribers will respond to the month as a whole.

• Livelock (Xbox One, September 16 – October 15)
• Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars (Xbox 360, September 1-15)
• Sega Vintage Collection: Monster World (Xbox 360, September 16-30)

There’s bound to be a point in time when Games with Gold will feel like it is offering diminishing returns for long term gamers. Though they have avoided it so far there’s bound to be some point at which they’ll be considering recycling past 360 games that were offered previously. Hopefully they can find a way around it because it’s been a great value added feature for Gold subscriptions and I hope stays on, even if it does evolve.
