Gearbox’s revitalization of Relic Entertainment’s classic RTS series Homeworld went down well when it was released last year thanks to it not straying from the original formula but also giving it a graphical boost to look great on modern systems.

Previously on Steam, Homeworld Remastered Collection (containing both Homeworld and Homeworld 2 in remastered and classic forms) is now available DRM free through GOG.com. For a limited time (until June 10th), it will also be selling at a 50% discount so if you were unsure of making the purchase in the past this is as good a time as any to try out two great examples of the genre.
