Good news… inXile’s Torment: Tides of Numenera is out now! Billed initially as a spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment, the game places you in the shoes of a cast-off from a body possessing immortal. Not only are you dealing with that but you’re having to deal with a pursuer who is fixated with cleaning up (ie. killing) all cast-offs.
Initial reviews give the impression the game’s preference for dialogue over combat will make it a different experience for players and after backing it on Kickstarter I’m keen to see it for myself.
The game is out now on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The Late Night Session 
Does look very good. When I finally catch up on all that I’ve picked up I may get this down the track. The new Mass Effect and Ghost Recon are out this month as well so it is going to be a busy one for games.
