The first trailer is out for the new Battlefield game coming out later this year. Interestingly they’ve decided to call it Battlefield 1. I’m not a huge fan of this name. Going back to roots of calling it Battlefield 1914 would have been better. However, there is no denying this looks like a great direction for the Battlefield franchise. I’m really getting tired of the futuristic settings (which the COD franchise seem to be doing) and prefer to go back to some historical warfare.

Definitely picking this up when it is released on 21st October, 2016.
